Question: Hi, I am XXXXXXX I am a 44 year old black. I just visited my doctor and received my cbc results. I am vitamin D deficient 25 (L), wbc 2.7 (L), neutrophil 34 (L), monocyte 20 (H), Abs neutrophil 0.9 ( L), GFR Est. Other 59(L), creatinine 1.14 (H). I was seen by a hematologist and tested for myeloma and the results were negative. I was told to see a rheumatologist. My symptoms are fatigue, acid reflux, gas, joint and bone pain especially first thing in the morning. I also have experienced arrhythmia and anemia. Do these results appear to be an autoimmunity?

Brief Answer:
You may have some connective tissue disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have low wbc count, joint pain, kidney dysfunction, and anemia. All can seen in rheumatoid disease/ autoimmune disease.

I would suggest we test ESR, C3 level and ANA test. This will help us identify autoimmune disease if present.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
