What Causes Fainting, Headache, Shoulder Pain And Dehydration?

Question: Any idea what might cause a person to feel faint, lose consciousness and then feel achy in the head and shoulders the next day? Could dehydration do this?

Welcome to HCM: Please note that;
1. dehydration would cause you to lose consciousness and then the body aches could be because one hurt themselves after losing consciousness and dehydration would cause body aches also. People on water pills and blood pressure medications will also pass out due to low BP.

2. Heart disease especially Atrial Fibrillation could cause this,
3. Stroke or XXXXXXX stroke (TIA) could cause this,
4. Anemia is a possibility
5. Hypoxia/low oxygen levels.
