Brief Answer:
a urinary tract infection probably, investigation is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Although the symptoms you've described are not very specific, the urinary tract symptoms may be a sign of urinary tract infection (uti). Uti with fever means kidney infection which is a serious infection and needs prompt treatment. Confirmation is needed with at least a urinalysis.

Body aches and fever may also be attributed to various infections, mostly viral like the flu. A complete blood count and c-reactive protein would be very helpful in this setting.

Did he have any other symptoms? Cough? Burning sensation when urinating? Flank pain? History of kidney stones?

You can contact me again if you'd like any clarification or further information.

Kind regards!

Brief Answer:
Fever points towards an infection requiring early medications

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

The presence of a fever along with frequent urination points more towards:

+Urinary tract infection
+Kidney stones: Which can result in stagnation of urine flow resulting in infections

I would strongly recommend the following:

+Urine culture and sensitivity examination
+Urine analysis
+Ultrasound KUB (kidney, ureter, bladder)

These investigations will more than suffice to diagnose the cause for his symptoms, and also help direct treatment for a more rapid and complete treatment course (possibly requiring antibiotics as well)

Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
