Brief Answer:
Please give additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/55 - cervical cancer - hysterectomy with lymph nodes removal - all 21 normal - continuously passing flatulence - belly and side pain - colonoscopy and scan of abdomen already done - not sure there are pains in rectum and passing gases ....

Please provide an additional information so that I can assist you better:
Since when have you the symptoms you mentioned?
When was the surgery performed?
Any associated other symptoms like bloating, nausea, vomiting, constipation/loose stools?

The commonest causes of flatulence are:
Intestinal infection or overgrowth of gas producing bacteria, in this the flatulence is usually foul smelling and there may be changes in consistency and color of stool.
Aerophagia means inadvertent swallowing of air, usually due to anxiety.
Consuming foods and beverages that cause gases.

Identify which ones corrospond with you and stop/avoid/treat them to get well.
