Brief Answer:
Advice to undergo sleep study and blood work up

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Excessive fatigue can be due to several reasons.
However, since you are on CPAP already, the most important possibility that has to be ruled out first is how effectively CPAP is working for you.
I would recommend undergoing a sleep study while using CPAP in your current settings and to look for number of apnoeic episodes. Depending on study results, increasing pressure settings of CPAP will help breathe better during sleep and manage fatigue.

A thorough blood work is also recommended. Hypothyroidism, diabetes, anemia to name a few can all cause fatigue

Please be advised to follow up with your primary care physician to undergo sleep study and necessary blood work up.

Hope I was able to help you
