Brief Answer:
Laryngopharyngeal reflux...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms described by you seems to be related to a condition called Laryngopharyngeal reflux secondary to acid reflux disease. This happens when the acid from the stomach regurgitates into the throat causing inflammation of the mucosa of the throat. In order to reduce the inflammation, excess secretions are produced by the glands.

Do not worry! It is one of the commonest problems encountered in the daily life.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water.
2. Try taking medicines like proton pump inhibitors and prokinetics.
3. Avoid chilled food and beverages/coffee/fizzy drinks.
4. Avoid stress.

With these measures you should get better. Revert back to me if you have any follow up queries.

Thank you for your diagnosis. I will follow up with the warm water.

What can I do to naturally cure the problem?
Proton pump inhibitors have side effects.

Is there a Dr. In your group that practices natural medicine?

Thank you,

Brief Answer:
Butter milk and papaya are the best foods...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing back

1. Naturotherapy includes butter milk, riped papaya, and de-stressing exercises.
2. Avoiding meat products and fizzy drinks can reduce most of the problems.
3. Take sprouted seeds in a moderate quantity. Avoid pulses like baked beans.
4. Do abdomen strengthening exercises.
5. Early morning, when you get up from the bed drink at least one big glass of XXXXXXX warm water.
6. Don't skip meals, try to take food everyday at the same time.
7. Proton pump inhibitors such as esomeprazole and prokinetics such as domeridone are safe drugs without any significant side effects.

Hope this clarifies your doubts. Wish you good health and good luck.

Brief Answer:
I'm sorry! Prescribing over the Internet is illegal

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome back

I'm sorry! Its illegal to prescribe over the Internet! The law doesn't permit either prescribing the medicines or even ordering for medicines. Omeprazole is an OTC that you can take that is tha esame as Esmoprazole. For the Prokinetic, you will need to speak to your doctor and get a physical prescription.

Wish you good health
