You need proper clinical exam & investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your findings in detail.
It is important to know your symptoms, any past illness etc.

You need proper clinical examination and further evaluation.Mildly enlarged liver size may be due to many reasons like infection, fatty liver etc.

It is important to know about GGT level, history of alcohol intake, fever etc.

You also need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Lipid profile,Renal function test,Viral markers,Urine RE/ME.Further investigations can be done if needed.

You should increase your physical activity in the form of exercise and walking.

You should completely avoid alcohol intake if you take it.
You should continue prescribed medicines.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing back

You should get at least lipid profile done.
It is also important to know your weight because obesity is one of the main reason for hepatomegaly(enlarged liver).
You should completely avoid alcohol.

Other causes of hepatomegaly like autoimmune disorders, hapatotoxic drugs etc should be ruled out.
Infective cause like hepatitis is unlikely because LFT is normal.

You should avoid saturated fat and take a lot of fruits and vegetables.
You should definitely join XXXXXXX and increase your physical activity.
Probably hepatomegaly is due to benign reasons in your case and you may consult gastroenterologist for proper evaluation.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
