What causes dull chest pain, dizziness and fatigue with normal EKG?

Question: Yes I went in to the emergency yesterday because I was feeling faint and blood pressure was about 156 and when my resting blood pressure settled down it was at 108 and today my chest feels like a dull achy XXXXXXX and I'm felling fatigue not able to move around much but prior to this incident I felt as if there were gas bubbles traveling up my throat and then I had to gasp for air does this sound heart burn related they found nothing wrong with my ekg said it was sinus tachycardia

During this there's a surge of adrenaline and other stress hormones in the blood leading to elevation of blood pressure, palpitations and other symptoms you had.
You should exercise, eat healthy food and practice stress relieving measures like yoga, meditation or relaxation techniques.
If these are not sufficient, you would require to have a psychological assessment and management.
