Brief Answer:
benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Episodic short lived dizziness at your age, more so looks like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
It's a self limiting disorder.
It is no specific cause. Trauma, head injury, viral, degenerative changes etc, anything can cause this dizziness.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed labyrinthine sedatives like cinnarizine +betahistine tablets, for 3 to 4 weeks.
All these are prescription medicines, so consult with your doctor.
Vestibular rehabilitation exercises will surely help you. Please continue doing if at least for 6 weeks.
If symptoms persists, even after this treatment, then blood work, ct or Mr brain nay be advised.
Depending on the report, treatment is advised.
I would suggest you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
