Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I see you addressed your query to Dr. XXXXXXX As Dr. XXXXXXX doesn't usually answer at this time, I shall take this opportunity to answer your query.

From what I understand you have history of frontal headache, more intense on the left side. It moves to the left centre (left temporal region) as the day goes. It also makes you dizzy and causes sensory disturbances on the upper chest, upper arm as well as a leg. It would have been better if you mentioned the duration of symptoms - how long have you been dealing with these symptoms?
I would also like to know if you have history of past medical illness such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
Do you smoke, drink alcohol or do illicit drugs (pardon me if I offended you)
What type of job are you involved in?

Based on information you provided (not overlooking) I feel the symptoms are associated with headaches - possible tension headache or migraine type of headache. That being said, I wish that you get your blood pressure, cardiac and neurological examination done by your local physician. I would also want to check routine hemogram, ESR and blood sugar done. The tests will allow us to evaluate you further.

Until then, it helps to apply stress relieving measures such as adequate sleep, regular food and some exercise (including yoga and transcedental meditation). You can always pop a painkiller such as acetaminophen (paracetamol) - tylenol as and when you feel the headache.

Hope I am clear. You are free to ask for clarifications.

Best Regards
