I would like to know the duration of your menstrual cycle and amount of flow in each cycle.

Well, i have never had a consistent cycle. My last period was 1st april and ended around the 5th april. The one before that started in late august and didnt finish until the middle of january (5 months bleeding) i am not thinking about fertility yet im single so its not my concern. I am 5ft 7 and weigh 16stone. ivam still losing weight however my weightloss has slowed this past week and my stomach is really bloated.

Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delay in response dear, I was struck in some emergency last day.
Seeing all the symptoms and knowing your single status in my opinion you need to take oral contraceptive pills for 6 months regularly and then see the pattern of periods.
Keep working on weight loss and indulge in some good exercise like jogging, gym or just a brisk walk daily.
It is not for weight reduction and rather an important lifestyle modification which will lead to high basal metabolic rate.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
A welcome sign

Detailed Answer:
It is just the effect of weight loss. In my opinion you will notice a pleasant change in your period pattern soon.
Thus pre-menstrual cramping is an indirect action of upsurge of progesterone and thus regular cycles in future.
But in case cramps increase without periods or are unbearable then get an ultrasound done.
You can take tablet Meftal spas for relief in case feel incapacitated
All the best
