Brief Answer:
It is normal physiological to cry while peeing

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

It is quite normal and physiological to cry while peeing and passing stools at this age. I will explain you the scientific behind this so that you will feel more comfortable.

Usually as the babes develop in social activities and matures neurologically they perceive this sensation of urinary bladder being full as a bladder sensation, as they are used to it and they know that this sensation is going to go off, once they pass urine. But at this age they do not know that this a bladder sensation and they start expressing out their discomfort. Immediately after they pass the urine they become calm. No need to do any tests or use any medications for this. Please stop colicaid. Its not going to help.

Only one question, to find out or rule out if it is an obstruction or not. How is the urinary stream...forceful or it just dribbles out?

Get back to me with the answer please.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.

Brief Answer:
Suggestions on feeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi...thanks for your trust in me.

If he is gaining weight well and if you are feeling full sensation in once breast when you are feeding in another breast and if milk is dripping from the other breast when you are feeding from one and if he is passing urine 4-6 times per day, that means - your feeding is sufficient for him.

World Health Organization (WHO) promulgates only exclusive breast feeding till 6 months of age. I also propagate and try to counsel the same for all my patients for their own well being. MOTHER'S MILK IS THE BEST FOR THE BABY TILL 6 MONTHS OF AGE.

I wish your kid good health. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link. Please find the link below.
