Brief Answer:
investigation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

feeling bloated all the time and throwing up is not normal and requires investigation. You should start with clinical assessment from your primary care physician. During the assessment the doctor may detect findings of various disorders. For example a huge enlargement of the spleen may cause bloating and nausea.

Tests for the stomach and gallbladder are also required. The best test for the stomach is upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. This is direct visualization of the upper gastrointestinal tract and may detect ulcers and other causes of discomfort. The best test for the gallbladder and a very good test of the upper abdomen in general is ultrasound scan. The ultrasound scan may detect the presence of stones in the gallbladder or organ enlargement (liver, spleen) which should warrant further investigation.

The potential causes are many. It's better to narrow down the list before forming it because it would be too general at this point.

Drugs that may help include the proton pump inhibitors, which help a lot if an ulcer causes the symptoms.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
