Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your health problems and understood your concerns.

You are saying to have:
- chest discomfort: very mild
- no sweating
- no chest pressure
- no arm pain
- when lean forward: quick mild pain in left chest area

To my opinion:
1. if you are on any medications for heart problems, then, I advise to go to ER for immediate evaluations

2. otherwise, if you are not taking any drug nor suffering of any cardio-vascular problem, then, I advise to take a pain killer (paracetamol or ibuprofen).

a. If your pain will subside, then, no need to go to ER, you can simply schedule an appointment with your physician to run further tests :
- chest X-ray
- cardiac tests: ECG, echocardiogram
- Spinal cord X-ray/MRI as most probably your pain is muscular skeletal (arthritis as most probably cause)

b. If the pain won't subside within the first hour of taking pain killer, then, should go to ER for immediate evaluations.

Hope it was of help!
