Brief Answer:
Most likely gastritis and GERD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to gastritis and GERD (gastro esophageal reflux). As you have done TMT test it is not likely fro cardiac side.

Taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) and motility enhancers like domperidone for 1 month will be helpful to clear this. Antacids with anaesthetics like mucaine gel will be helpful for symptomatic relief also.
Get a stool routine test to rule out any infection, parasites or malabsorption syndromes also.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
