Brief Answer: photograph required Detailed Answer: Hello Is there only burning sensation or redness too? Herpes can be a reason. Sometimes herpes presents without any visible signs and symptoms. But before I arrive at this conclusion, I would like to examine for subtle clinical signs. A picture can be helpful. Can you please upload a photograph of the affected area. This willl help me in giving a closer diagnosis. There is an option to upload photos on right side of query page. Please utilize it. Waiting for your response... Thank you

Brief Answer: Calamine, Vitamin B complex Detailed Answer: Hello There is nothing specific evident in the picture. Apply a combination of calamine and aloevera lotion. It is a good soothing agent and will relieve burning sensation. Also take Vitamin B complex capsule daily for 3 months, These help in nerve regeneration. Till the time you dont develop herpes lesions, there is no indication to take anti viral medications. Thank you
