Question: Four weeks ago i let someone put a dildo in my butt it wasn't rough and it was lubricated. I didn'tfeel any pain at the time. I felt really sore the next dday. So I went to emergency room. No tearing no rectal bleeding.they gave me antibiotics for my crohns disease. I then got colitis the following dday really bad.Iwent back to eemergency room. They kept me there for three days did ct scan MRI with and without contrast. Then I did a stool test which they diagnosed me with cdiff. I just finished my antibiotics and stool test says no cdiff anymore but iI am on delzicol. I still have a light burning sensation in my perenium and a nagging dull pain under my belly button on the right side which is how I felt during my first trip to the er. It has been four weeks and I have no relief. I can barely bend over and any fast movement hurts my abdomen and I feel popping in my spine and pelvic region.. Plus I feel like I have to poop all the time. It hurts on each side of my pelvis What is wrong with me?

I was diagnosed with crohn's a year previous to the insertion of the dildo, by means of a colonoscopy and a biopsy at that point i had a slight anal fistula that was corrected with flagyl and cipro. I have controlled it with a lowered protein all natural diet for over a year, but the holidays came around and I drank a couple of drinks a week but I was eating a lot of sea critters and fast food. I only had slight symptoms of indigestion until the kinky thing happened I was constipated which may have been an impacted colon and I was in pain so i went to the hospital. they gave me a ct scan and an xray. Their answer was antibiotics they gave just cipro not flagyl with it.. which made me get Cdiff and that makes me completely confused. I am not sure if I have something functionally wrong with my rectum/colon from the dildo or the cdiff, or the crohns. but I have chronic pain in my pelvis especially underneath my belly button and a burning sensation in my perenium, and my lower back is sore. I keep getting a swollen rectum and urges to poop.. I have lost 50 pounds because I can't really eat much or go to the bathroom without pain and struggle. The CT scans and mri's have not discovered any major damage or tears but I am suspecting i have a hernia or something wrong with my nerves in my rectum cause I just feel pain when i have to go to the bathroom and have little sensation in there. I had another colonoscopy a week ago. It showed lesions in my colon which my doctor said is crohns but i know cdiff can be psuedomembranous, it also showed a slight hemoroid, and constriction in my terminal illeum. do i need to confess my dildo experiment? i didn't bleed or anything from it but I haven't felt right since. it could have been a reaction to the lube or maybe the dildo was not a starter dildo. wouldn't the doctor be able to tell after all these tests that i have something wrong with my rectum anyways?
