Brief Answer:
Need more details..

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query to healthcare magic.

I have read your question carefully and understand your health concern.

Blood in urine most common is due to :

urinary infection
kidney stone
urethritis
kidney infection
bladder cancer

Hence to investigate the probable reason of blood in urine (or Haematuria) I will need more details .

Do you have a burning urination?
Do you have lower abdominal pain , back pain or pain in the side of your tummy ?
Do you have high body temperature ?
Do you urinate more often and more urgently, as well as pain when urinating?
Do you any history of kidney stone ?
Is this the first time you have had blood in urine ?

Please write me back with these details and I will try to investigate the reason of blood in urine.

Best regards

I don't have a history of stones just urinary infections with no visible sign of blood. My lower back hurts and I'm extremely tired. No burning

Brief Answer:
You should contact with a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!
If you have had a history of urinary infection than blood in urine can be due to urinaryinfection.
But while you have back pain you should contact with a doctor to do an ultrasound scan to exclude any kidney infection and an urinalysis to see the grade of infection and to take a proper treatment.

Until you will contact with a doctor try to use much more fluids especially water and cranberry teas.

Hope I was helpful and please feel free for further discussion.

Best regards
