What Causes Blood In Urine And Abdominal Pain?
Question: I was having a bowel movement or pushing and felt pain in Urinary tract and saw small clumps of blood and then I peed some red blood
Shoild I see if it occurs again or take some emergency action

This may be sign of passed urinary stone so I dont think that urgent care is required. Also, urinary infection may be cause as well and some more serious issues such as bladder tumors are last things to think of.
At this point, you should drink plenty of fluids,raspbery tea and rest. if there are associated symptoms such as pain, fever or blood in urine persist, then you should see GP for a start. Wish you good health. regards
