Vulval or vaginal lesion likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding after hysterectomy can be due to lesions in the vagina or vulva, including malignancy.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist for an internal examination and biopsy, if any lesion is found, to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
