Brief Answer:
Hematoma possibly due to trauma on that area....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have noted a big bruise (hematoma) on the right side of your back. That could be due to possible trauma (falling or hitting forcefully to an object).

It might have occurred days ago and now is under healing process. (black and purpish).

You can apply heparin cream locally to speed up the healing process.

Hope it helped! Let me know if I can be of further assistance!

Brief Answer:
Still thinking of low platelet count;reports of complete blood work needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

When talking about blood work, I was wondering at what level your platelet count was? From what you are describing, I still think you might have low platelet count. You can send a copy of your complete blood count, so I can evaluate myself!
