What Causes Abrasions On Penis Foreskin Post Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: Hi

I had unprotected oral sex and protected Vaginal sex with a sex worker 15 days ago. On Thursday night I mastrubated by rubbing my penis on the bed lying down. The next morning the foreskin of my penis hurt. On closer observation in noticed that there were tiny paper cut wounds and one black patch which looks like a friction burn. I applied Alo Vera Gel for two days and now there is no pain, it is showing symptoms of healing. My question is if this is just a friction wound or have I contacted some sort of STD? I am going to test my self for STD after four weeks, but this incident is making me anxious.

You had protected Vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. Yeast infection can occur following the oral sex. That can lead to thin cracks over the foreskin. Forcible masturbation also can cause such injuries especially when the foreskin is slightly tight during the erection. Chances for other STDs are low with oral sex.

Thanks Doctor. Please have a look and recommend medicene. There was no bleeding or pus discharge. Just tiny fisures and that black patch that you see. The issue is only on the foreskin and limited to the area you see in the picture. I applied Alovera Gel. Right now there is no pain.

Hell once again doctor. I am not sure why this happened. I am attaching the picture again. Hope you will get it this time. This is the best picture i could click. This is the last follow-up question. I would like to thank you for your advice. Please advice on the cream or tablets. The area you see on the pic is the only area affected. There are small cuts next to the black patch which is not visible on tue pictur. Thr cuts are now painless and healing. No bleeding or pus. The inside of the Penis is not inflamed and is clean.e

I saw the picture sent by you. There is no sign infection. It is entirely due to rubbing. It will be alright within another few days with an absolute rest without any sexual activities for a week at least. No masturbation. No application is necessary.Aloe vera gel can be applied if you don't have any adverse effect. Olive oil or coconut oil application also will be of use. Nothing to worry.
