Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
I have red the history carefully and understood your concern.
I would advise you the following in such a situation, with explanation wherever necessary:
- You need to consult a Doctor/Gastroenterologist since you are having the symptoms for so long and are disturbing.
- The symptoms of abdominal pain, cramping, gas, loose stools, depression, anxiety but its so bad when i wake up in the morning i have the stomach problems very severe > this indicates that you may have IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome as you have contributory factors of anxiety and depression and the symptoms improve as the day passes by.
- Tests of stool, urine and blood, Ultrasonography.
- Upper GI Endoscopy, colonoscopy.
- CT scan of the whole abdomen.
- Clinical evaluation and examination.

If any positive finding is found in any of these investigations, it will be treated according to the findings.
If all the investigations are normal, then this is obviously due to irritable bowel syndrome and a proper management can help you the most. to get rid of all your symptoms.
Also to make a list of the foods and beverages that cause instigation or enhancement of the symptoms and to stop them altogether - prevention is better than cure.
I hope this answer helps you an early and proper diagnosis asap and to get the correct line of treatment so that you get rid of all your problems.

Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
