What Causes A Positive Pregnancy Test And Bleeding After Urination?

Question: I am 27 I took two pregnancy test one was digital and they came out positive.. Later that week I started what the doctors said it was my period they took two pregnancy test since I told them I had taken two with a positive result.. Their tests came back negative.. All test were done with what you would test at home. No blood work.. The "period" lasted three days and I only bleed after I peed it was painful stingy sensation.. None of my sanitary pads were covered in blood.. My question is was that my period? Could I be pregnant?

Here,i would like to ask some more questions like,
1) what is your normal period dates?
2) when you had last unprotected intercourse?

Generally,urine pregnancy test has 90 to 95% accuracy rate when it is done after 15 to 20 days of having unprotected intercourse.

Here is a log of my laat cycles.. I am a newly wedd my last sexual intercourse was monday july 27th. Could that be my period or could the blood be cause by an infection? According to my log i was 10 days late. Is there a reason why it would be negative two days after?

I can understand your concern, though.

May be you are not pregnant and your first test result is a false positive.

Causes of false positive result are-

1) You read the test after 5-10 min. (Evaporation line)
2) Test affected by hormonal injections and tablets
3) Your pregnancy kit is expired

Your test result indicates a negative result after two days, but with different kit, so in my opinion to confirm whether you are pregnant or not you should go to Blood serial HCG testing because sometimes urine test shows false negative results also.
