Brief Answer:
You may give paracetamol for pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to HCM

I have seen the image. There is small black spot over the forehead due to some blood collection below the skin.
Most of the time it is painless and resolves on its own over a period of 5-7 days without any complication.
If you notice that the baby is uncomfortable or crying after touching the injured area you may give paracetamol(a safe analgesic) to the baby.
I won't get overly worried for this lesion if there is no history of vomiting, altered sensorium, abnormal movement or loss of consciousness following the head injury.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you out if you have any more queries.
Regards
