Brief Answer:
Hypertension or Ischemia should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. The feelings you mentioned can be signs of hypertension or ischaemia (decrease in blood circulation of heart) or dyslipidaemia.
So it is better to rule out hypertension by checking your blood pressure and do an ECG to rule out cardiac ischaemia initially. If you haven't done thyroid profile test before it also should be done to rule out hypothyroidism. Lipid profile test should be done to rule out dyslipidaemia.
In case of problems it can be managed by antihypertensives , statins etc.
If there is no such cause then it can be due to gastritis and GERD ( gastroesophageal reflux) and taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole (Nexium) for 4 weeks will be helpful.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
