Question: I have type two diabetes and I have developed a blotchy red rash on my legs is that related to my diabetes?

I have checked the attached image. The rash does not seem to be related to your Type 2 Diabetes. But the rash does not look good to me. You should get a blood count done. I am looking to see if the platelet count has come down. Based on the reports further examination and testing might be needed for which I would insist you to visit a doctor thereafter.
