Brief Answer:
Propranolol adverse effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Propranolol can cause hypoglycemia, hypotension and even altered mental status especially at higher doses or those more susceptible to its adverse effects.

In my view the dose should be titrated to minimum possible with least adverse effects. Similarly late night dosing should be avoided. Blood pressure and blood sugar should be checked if the symptoms persist or worsen.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
