Question: Good evening Doctor,

Here Is my question: i use testostérone replacement thérapy. Yesterday i had lots of drinks whisky, wines...ect. I get my prescriptions in France, 250mg a week.
I'm not use to drink and I ended up very drunk.
I took my injection but completely confused and I realized this morning I had use 2500 mg of testo enanthate in once. This is ridiculous I know but its done .
I feel very bad due to alcohol of course, but m I at risk right now please. I'm very stressed out as I feel my chest " thight ", my heartbeat is faster and my breathing is a bit disturbed.
Could I decease suddenly.. Is there something to do this evening. Something to take..?

Many thanks to help me on this.

Regards
doctor

Brief Answer:
Avoid further injections until levels drop

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Sorry to hear about the incident.
It was indeed a huge dose. You may experience swelling around ankle or pain around nipple/breast area. It would be good to do a testosterone level and i would think avoid taking further injections until testosterone levels drops to basal levels.

Nothing else to be done at this time. If you experience any prostate enlargement like symptoms ( urinary retention, breaking of flow) etc, please meet your doctor.

May i suggest following tests:
1) CBC ( testosterone can increase Hb, and PCV).
2) Testosterone levels ( after a week)

Symptoms of fast heart beat and chest discomfort is unlikely to be related to testosterone, however, please get an ECG done after meeting your GP. These symptoms possibily could be anxiety related rather than testosterone.

regards
Binu
