Brief Answer:
No significant side effects.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P

Thanks for posting your query to HealthcareMagic.

Nurokind-Next contains Folic Acid, Methycobalamin and alpha lipoic acid.

Folic Acid and Methycobalamin are Vitamin B components which are water soluble vitamins. The property of these water soluble vitamins is that anything extra if consumed it will be excreted in the urine and hence will not cause any problem if taken in excess or for long term.

Where as Alpha Lipoic acid is not a Vitamin B component and is not water soluble , it cause cause Indigestion problem , nausea , tiredness and muscle cramps but these are minor side effects and it doesn't harm the body .

Overall bottom line is Yes you can take Nurokind Next regularly.

Any clarification feel free to ask .

Happy to answer.

Regards.

Upload the reports.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

Thanks for follow up.

See more than treatment we need to know the cause of your problem. Many conditions can cause your problems . Some of them are Diabetes, Thyroid Problems , Vitamin B12 or D deficiency, Anemia, etc .

We need to evaluate for the cause and once we diagnose what problem you are having treatment can be directed accordingly.

But before advising tests for the evaluation I need to go thorough the test that have been already done on you . So kindly upload the test reports.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
You need Calcium and Iron supplements.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

Went through your reports.

I have noticed that there is mild Iron deficiency and Calcium deficiency. Both are very mild to cause any significant problems but still correction of both deficiency will definitely improve your health.

I would recommend you to start Iron supplements like Orofer daily for 3 months and also go o Calcium supplements like Shelcal daily for 3 months .

Also I would recommend you to get a test called Serum PTH, this is to know whether any hormonal cause is there or not for your low calcium levels.

Also I don't think Nurokind will be helpful as both your folic acid and Vitamin B12 is in normal levels. Also make sure you get a good 8 hour sleep every night.

Start doing aerobic exercise daily.

Hope this information was useful.

Any clarification feel free to ask .

Brief Answer:
It's normal.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

Thanks for the follow up .

Went through the PTH and ECHO report.

Your PTH levels are in normal range while your ECHO show mild LV enlargement . It is not a significant finding provided your blood pressure is normal .

So no additional advise . Just follow the previous advise , that is

Start Iron supplements like Orofer daily for 3 months and also go o Calcium supplements like Shelcal daily for 3 months .

Start doing aerobic exercise like Brisk waking , jogging , running , swimming or cycling atleast for 15 -20 minutes everyday.

This much will take care of your problems.

Good day .

Any further clarification revert back to me . If none kindly close the discussion and rate my answer.

Regards.
