What Are The Chances Of Conception After Loss Of A Fallopian Tube And Left Ovary?

Question: My tubes were tied March 2005 after having my third child through c section. I had my left ovary along with fallopian tube removed due to a grapefruit sized cyst October 2012. I still have the right side. Me and my husband want to try for a baby. Is this possible?
