Brief Answer:
Any vitamin Supplement with vit D and calcium in it

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Vitamins are micronutrients and they are very essential to run the metabolism of life. Deficiency of every vitamin has its own adverse effects. With low thyroid hormones, deficiency of vitamins is more likely as thyroids maintains metabolism and reduces the absorption of vitamins from the bowel one of which is vitamin D which is a fat soluble vitamin.

Now what multivitamin you wanna take, its upto you. There are so many over the counter A to zinc supplements. Vitamin D supplements with calcium are necessary. Foods rich in vitamin D should be recommended. Foods like green leafy vegetables, spinach, and foods rich in vitamin D etc like fish, beef, cheese, yogurt etc are to be preferred in diet.

rest get any over the counter multivitamin supplement you want to take just make sure it has vitamin D and calcium in its recommended daily allowance.

Nutshell, to replenish the deficiencies , you need to take vitamin supplements , with diet or with out iet, upto you whenever you feel comfortable with.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
