Brief Answer:
Has to tapered gradually along with use of stress relieving measures

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
The current recommended dose of Zolpidem for women is 5 mg at bed time. Since you are on 30mg , it has to be tapered down gradually.
This may provoke some degree of anxiety and insomnia. This can be minimised by exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes at moderate intensity, practising stress relieving measures like yoga, meditation or relaxation techniques.
You could also seek the help of a psychiatrist if needed.
Best wishes,
