Suggest Ways To Increase Collagen Levels In Skin

Question: my skin is very dry and looking like week, i want to increase my collagen production by consuming carrot juice daily. Is it okay to take carrots daily for a long period? otherwise suggest me any foods to moisture my skin and to increase collagen.

Hello,

I am not a good fan of carrots when there is no Vitamin A deficiency. Of course you can have moderate quantity like one carrot a day.
My tips will be these:
Its summer, the most important thing is drinking a lot of water that replenishes and moisturizes skin.
Try to achieve a balance of Omega 3 fatty acids and Omega 6 FA. Omega 3 are found in fish, avocados, walnuts, almonds.
Vitamin B helps in collagen restoration, so have whole grains and protein rich diet
Vitamin C rich diet with oranges, strawberries, grapefruits and broccoli.

im drinking a lot of water, but getting frequent urination.. im thinking that the whole water which im drinking is passing out through urination. and tell me how to get rid of this.

Hello,

I do not think you are passing out too much urine. The kidneys are automated to an extent that they know how much to absorb back to the body and how much to urinate. They do this even if you have any medical problem.

I think you should let them function than how they are. You should have at least 2 litres per day of water. For better results 3 litres.
