Fever of 6 days duration and of temperature above 103 is most likely to be bacterial .
I recommend you to do the following

1. I would want to start you on broad spectrum antibiotics like amox with clavulunate
2. Investigations should be sent to know the root cause of infection
3. Tab paracetamol three times a day will bring down fever
4. Tepid sponging with a wet cloth on forehead, axilla and folds of the groin will bring down temperature

Please donot ignore this fever approach a general hospital soon
