Brief Answer:
You need good diabetes control.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Repeated fungal (yeast) infections are common with uncontrolled diabetes.
You have already received one of very good anti-fungal medicine Tablet terbicip.
Despite of that your infection is not cured it means there is very likely possibility of very high blood sugar levels or it is not a fungal infection.

Anti-fungal medicines (oral or topical) wont work until and unless the blood sugar levels are under control.

I may suggest to check Fasting and post-prandial blood sugar levels and HbA1c.
Depending upon blood sugar level appropriate changes in anti-diabetic medicines need to be done.
Insulin is always a good option for rapid control of blood sugar levels in the presence of active infections.

Most of the time after blood sugar control fungal infections get cured even without any anti-fungal medicines.

Hope this helps you.
