Suggest Treatment For Whole Body Itching, Fatigue And Dizziness While On Tylenol

Question: over the last few months I've noticed a few symptoms of kidney failure . such extremely itchy skin , tired all the time. lightheadedness , the last month and a half its gotten worse. I now have a constant nasty taste in my mouth. my stomach is hard and swollen at times . my bowel movements smell worse . I have a lot of gas in my stomach. now so u can help me correctly I have been on pain meds for yrs due to my back and neck . I've taken otc Tylenol for 20 yrs and I started using method I.v.not daily not even Wkly .I just started that in January do I have reason to be concerned. the other night I noticed all my toes were swollen its been going on since Fri now for " attack/ flare up " I'm having now.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
You see the symptoms you have mentioned are common to various problems like hypothyroidism,anaemia,deficiency of VIT D, deficiency of VIT B12 and kidney involvement also.
Your stomach symptoms could be due to gastritis due to long term consumption of pain killers and constipation.
The best way to find the exact cause is to get yourself investigated thoroughly on lines as mentioned above.
Till you consult your doctor,I would advise you following things....
Take a proton pump inhibitor like PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg once a day in morning on empty stomach
Drink plenty of water.
Do regular aerobic exercises for at least 40-45 minutes a day.
