Suggest Treatment For Uncontrolled Diarrhea And Gurgling Sensation In Stomach
Question: My bowels are thin spaghetti like or soft uncontrollable diarrhea. This has been occurring for about six weeks. I feel fine but if I feel one stomach gurgle, I better head to the bathroom fast. I have at least four movements at anytime within a 24 hour period. Not going away and I'm concerned.

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
From what you are describing, the most important thing it is to rule out a colon cancer.
In your age it is recommended to do a rectal exam every two years together with a stool for occult blood test and also every 5 years a colonoscopy. If you haven't had these, especially the colonoscopy I would recommend doing it as it will be the answer of your diagnoses.
The fact that this diarrhea is going on for 6 weeks it is classified like chronic diarrhea. Have you ever seen any blood or mucus in the diarrhea? Have you noticed anything in your diet that has changed recently that may be causing this lose bowel movement?
I would also recommend to try avoiding milk and gluten in your diet, because these are very common causes of intolerance and chronic diarrhea.
Last thing it comes to my mind as a common cause of diarrhea for more then 3 weeks are the parasites in the stool. So doing a stool for ova and parasites test, its another recommendation I would suggest.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
