Question: I have been tired for over 3 weeks. blood tests were fine as far as WBC and anemia. I do have nasal drip sometimes. I am tired if being tired. Any thoughts? thanks

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to the associated symptoms to the upper respiratory tract infection, as you have mentioned the nasal drip to be significant and may resolved once the acute infection settled down. Other causes apart from anemia and WBC can be due to micronutrients defficiencies which can also present like lethargy. I would suggest you to have your thyroid and sugar levels checked and if these are normal then levels of folic acid, vitamin D3 and B12 can be considered as second resort. Meanwhile taking supplements for these may be of some benefit.

thanks. my b12_ sugar levels and d3 were normal. My nose really doesn't run much at all. My temp was 96.0. I am just so tired. Thanks
