Brief Answer:
Lymph node biopsy and CT abdomen is must.

Detailed Answer:
HI Madam,
I have read your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms largely point to hematological malignancy of abdominal presentation in my opinion.

Skin changes reflect bruises and ecchymotic patches which represent disturbances in coagulation and platelets.

The swollen lymph nodes have to specially addressed for ruling out metastatic deposits if any.

This has to be carried out through FNAB-Fine needle aspiration biopsy.

Its highly mandate that you undergo this test at the earliest.

A non contrast CT abdomen along with complete blood picture and Bone marrow study can pave the way for 100% accurate diagnosis .

Cough with air gasping and stool changes can be a part of the underlying pathological process.

I advice you to consult an oncologist and a hematopathologist at the earliest.

I hope this info is helpful to you at the moment.

Thank you
