Question: I have swelling in legs and feet, my stomach fells bloated, and I have a swollen lymph node under my left jaw and my left ear fells pressure.

Swollen lymph node below jaw suggests underlying infection, which could be in ear or mouth. Pressure in ear correlates with it & suggests you could have a ear infection. Chronic infection can cause protein loss & thereafter swelling in prominent parts of body like feet & hands. It can also be because of derranged kidney function. Bloated abdomen could be because of gastritis or constipation.
After knowing all this, I'll recommend you to meet a ENT doctor & do some basis tests like CBC(Complete Blood Count), Kidney Function test, Urinary microalbumin, Serum proteins & a ECG, which will guide further management regime.
