Brief Answer:
It is only an esthetic issue

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for you r query to HCM.

I have read your question and see reports.

From the CT scan you have done it show that everything is normal and haven't any issue.
While for the diffuse swelling on forehead ,it is only an esthetic issue.
Hence you can contact with a plastic surgeon.

Please feel free for further discussion.

Brief Answer:
From he's pictures it doesn't seem as scleroderma

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

From the pictures you have uploaded, it doesn't seem as scleroderma .
Scleroderma is depression of soft tissue and not swelling of soft tissue .

I-net can be useful but at times can be confusing too with generalized information, no need to be worried.

Please feel free for further discussion.

Brief Answer:
He doesn't need to have those tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

From the pictures of your boy and CT scan it doesn't seem as linear or morphoea scleroderma, because :
He doesn't seem to have thickened skin occurs in lines along the face with hairlees and shiny zone
occasionally affects underlying bone and muscle,CT scan show that skull of your boy is normal
He haven't discoloured skin on the affected zone

These tests that you have mentioned above are positive in most of cases of sclerodermia ,but from he's pictures it doesn't seem as sclerodermia .

Please feel free for further questions.

Best regards
