Suggest Treatment For Swelling Between The Neck And Shoulder

Question: Dear Dr.
My mom Mrs.XXXX aged 64 yrs is having swelling in between the neck and right shoulder and dry cough. She was having 100 temperature today throughout the day. On consulting our GP he advised Azitis 500mg and Chupp syrup. He has also prescribed CBC, Lipid Profile, T3 T4 thyroid and S. Creatinine test. Serum Creatinine is within the normal range while other reports are attached for your reference. Please advise.

To recapitulate: Female/64 - swelling in between neck and right shoulder - dry cough - fever today - consulted GP - Azitis and Chupp - investigations done ...
Hemoglobin and related parameters reduced indicating appropriate treatment.
Increased lymphocytes indicate infection as is also indicated by fever hence Azitis is the proper medication given. The swelling can be the reason which most probably may be an infected lymph node.
Hence the need for Ultrasonography and FNAC that is fine needle aspiration cytology.
Lymphocytes are relatively reduced as there is increase in Neutrophils and Monocytes although within normal range but collectively reducing the lymphocytes as the total should be 100 for all the WBCs.
HDL cholesterol is a good one and is less than the normal range.
Thyroid test is normal.
