Brief Answer:
sinusitis?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your symptoms sound more like sinusitis than anything else but the stiff neck is a symptom that raises some concerns. Let me explain... It's pretty common for sinusitis to occur after an initial period (usually a few days only) of a common-cold-like disease with runny and congested nose, etc. It's arrival is signaled by an abrupt worsening of the same symptoms and headache or facial pain. Augmentin is a fine choice for sinusitis in most cases and takes care of it within a few days. Sometimes though the pathogens may be resistant to it either because they're viruses or because they're resistant bacteria. In such cases augmentin has to substituted by another antibiotic, like levofloxacin for example.

Stiff neck can be a serious sign in medicine. Meningitis is classically associated with stiff neck, fever and headache although one of these three symptoms may be missing sometimes. So if you've got stiff neck (neck and perhaps also back pain when moving your head) then you'd better visit your doctor immediately for assessment.

So in conclusion, although the most likely diagnosis is sinusitis and initial treatment failure (or just a recurrence) but stiff neck has to be investigated as soon as possible.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
