kindly upload images

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, there are following possibilities for your symptoms :
1 ) Syringoma- as you told it starts with S. These are bumps due to enlargement of glands present in our skin.
2) Molluscum contagiosum : it is viral infection of skin caused by Molluscum contagiosum virus.
3) Warts - it is also a kind of viral infection caused by Human papilloma virus.
4) Adenoma sebaceoum - it is enlarged sebaceous glands.

The treatment of all the above mentioned differentials is removal of the bumps by using Radiofrequency machine or Electrocautery or laser.
kindly upload images so that I can actually visualize the bumps and help you better.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
it seems to be Milia

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back. I have received the image. Sorry once again for the delay and inconvenience.
It seems to be milia to me. Milia is keratin containing cyst which is of mainly cosmetic concern. It is treated by removing the milia using Radiofrequency machine or Electrocautery or Laser. You can get it done by an expert dermatologist as OPD procedure.
I hope it helps.
Take care.
