Question: I am 54 yrs. old, female. I have had sores on my buttocks that just don't seem to be healing. I initially had one which I thought was a mosquito bite or spider bite when it took a few weeks to heal. My dr. in IL said it was not infected and was a sebaceous {?} cyst. She said I had other scars from similar cysts. Suggested I put a bandaid over it cause of it's location. That did seem to heal. However, I have broke out all around that area with similar looking sores. I have dermographic skin issues and break out extremely easy, so I have been thinking it was cause of the bandaids. Now is several sores on both sides. They do not blister up or ooze. This has been going on since the end of August and I'm beginning to think it may be something else. ?? My medicare advantage insurance is restrictive to central IL and I have been in FL July - Sept. and now in FL again.
I have used triple antibiotic ointment, betamethasone cream and clotriimazole betamethasone cream (which seemed to have helped the best). The latter 2 I use quite often cause of my dermagraphic skin issues.
My daughter-in-law had acquired mersa (?) in the military. She had another outbreak in July. But she is very careful and her kids nor husband nor any other visitors broke out with anything. ??

Did you see the image of the affected area I uploaded? Are each of those little sores a sevaceous cyst? Or are you indicating they may be anorectal absesses?
You said I should not use triple antiobiotic cream? Should I continue to use one of the other creams... betamethasone cream or clotrimazole betamethasone ceeam? Or none of the above?
How do I get rid of the absesses if that is what they are?
Why does it seem to be spreading?
