Question: I have a very sore right temple. What could be the cause? I have not bruised it but that is what it feels like. Very sore to the touch

no visual loss, headache, or vomiting. Just very sore to the touch and sometimes when a chew as it puts pressure in the area. I will contact my primary care if it does not clear up
