Brief Answer:
All of them are good.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
They are all good creams, but important thing is which suits you fine.
Firstly you should not have allergy to that particular combination.
Because in clinical practice, I use all of them, in different patients with different results.
Vitamin E oral supplement gives better results, with local application of one of the creams.
Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome or you can close the question by rating the answer.
Good wishes.

Hello Doctor,

Thank you for your reply. I use Evion moisturizer which is Vitamin E cream on daily basis and I have been using this for many years now. Melalite and Retino A was prescribed for me because my neck was way more darker than my face few years ago. It cured the discoloration, but after years it seems to have come back along with dark pigmentation around lips. As for creams to remove hyper pigmentation some of these creams contain Hydroquinoine which generally people advise against for. Especially skinlite cream to which skin darkening apparently re-occurs when stopped being used. Would you still advise it?

Differs individually.

Hello again,
Thanks for prompt reply.
As I have suggested earlier, it differs from individual to individual.
Some patients responds to Hydroquinoine as good as, Melalite and Retino A, responds to some one else.
That is why I brought up this point, that You should use the cream which gives better result for your skin.
Recurrence is with all the cream.
AVOID exposure to sun after using cream and/or otherwise.
I have advised about taking VITAMIN E capsule orally.
