Please provide more details, kindly type in proper legible sentences & words

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

I believe (feel free to correct if it's not so) from this description, your asking about bad sinus and high blood pressure..

Please type in legible sentences and words so that we can interpret your symptoms in an orderly fashion..

Since when are you suffering from sinus problems ?
Is there any fever ?
Any nasal congestion/heaviness over the sinus ?
Any cough ? If yes, then is there any secretions/phlegma (please mention the color if your able to cough it out)..
Any headache/body ache/sore throat ?
Have you got checked out by any doctor for the sinus problem before this ?

Please don't take Tussindm as it contains Dextromethorphan - a cough suppressant along with guaifenesin , I'd strongly recommend you to try only Liquid Guaifenesin (i.e. available as MUCINEX Sinus Max), 15ml every 8th hrly for next 3-4 days(after food, and don't eat/drink anything for 15-20 min after having this)..

If there's any fever/body ache/ headache- take Tab PARACETAMOL (i.e. Tylenol) 650mg twice to three times daily after food for next 3-4 days (don't take Advil)..

Take Steam inhalation three times daily for next few days and observe how you stay..
Avoid cold drinks and dairy products for the time being..

Prescription is beyond the scope of this online medical forum, sorry for the inconvenience, please try to understand..for prescription, you need to simply check in with any local physician.. however please note that the above medications are mostly available as OTC only, so you should be able obtain them..

The blood pressure can go up due to sinus congestion and stress too, if your already a hypertensive and on medication, then just continue the medications as must be advised by your doctor, if your never checked this, then it's probably the right time to get yourself clinically evaluated by an Internist / Cardiologist for through clinical check-up and few relevant investigations (a 12lead EKG, 2D-Echocardiography, CBC, Renal function assay and electrolytes) to decide on the further course of management..

If despite following these advises, the sinus symptoms don't improve/worsen or any new symptoms arise, then you need to visit your Doctor for a detailed clinical check-up and few relevant investigations as well as management accordingly..

Take Care
Kind Regards
