Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not clear.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is this rash in the form of fluid filled blisters or solid bumps?
What is the site of the rash?
Is it present on one side of the body or both the sides?
Is it associated with pain, burning or any other symptoms?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be shingles, take antiviral medication
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be shingles.
I would recommend you to take antiviral medication like tablet valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7 days.
For pain take tablet tramadol 50 mg twice daily and for itching take tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
